Terms & Conditions

The Monthly Fee includes:

• Website design
• Website hosting
• One business email address
• Ongoing website updates and management

Optional services (charged separately):

• Domain transfer: $75 NZD (one-off fee)
• Additional email addresses: $15 NZD per email, per month
• Email migration: Moving existing emails from another provider, quoted on a case-by-case basis

• The first invoice must be paid in full before any website design or setup work begins.
• The Monthly Fee is billed in advance.
• Payments are due on the invoice date.
• If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of $10 NZD may be applied.
• If an invoice remains unpaid for 21 days, services may be suspended until payment is received.
• If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days or more, services may be permanently discontinued.

• You may cancel the service at any time by providing written notice to info@rentawebsite.co.nz.
• Cancellations take effect within 7 days of written notice.
• No refunds are provided for any portion of a billing period already paid.

• If you request a domain transfer, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the domain.
• If you choose to use a domain hosted elsewhere, you are responsible for its renewal, DNS settings, and ongoing management.
• One new business email account is included with your plan.
• Migration of existing email accounts or historical emails is not included in the standard service and may incur additional charges.

• We will host, manage, and maintain your website to the best of our ability.
• We will provide reasonable support for website-related issues and email setup.
• We are not responsible for disruptions or issues caused by third-party providers outside of our control (including domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, or email providers).

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information and content (including logos, images, and service details).
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe copyright, breach laws, or contain misleading information.
• You are responsible for keeping any login credentials secure.
